MARS Recruitment is looking for a Financial Analyst based near Ramsgate.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Job Role includes:

" Coordination and consolidation of Financial reports
" Coordination and consolidation of all past dues for all PGBU Lines of Business.
" Coordination and consolidation of transactional sales and gross margin data for PGBU Commercial Products LOB
" Coordination and consolidation of all regional P&L forecasts
" Coordination and consolidation of all regional Income statements
" Coordination and consolidation of the Annual operating plan sales and margin data
" Strong business partnering ethos.
" Very strong on management reporting and business analysis but also have strong accounting background (Qualified accountant)
" Must be able to work across various countries and cultures
" Innovative approach to new and existing business processes
" Be able to get people to perform and meet deadlines even when these people are not direct reports
" Must be able to work with strong Leaders. Ability to priorities what is required
" Strong communication - must be able to influence people across the various entities to get results in question and make sure that the results look correct and in line with expectations
" Be able to present Global results to senior PGBU leadership

Experience required:

" Experience of working in a global business across multiples locations
" Ability and confidence communicating with senior management
" Ability to produce accurate and timely data.
" Advanced MS Excel and Access skills
" Have the ability to meet very tight deadlines
" Qualified accountant with proven track record

The role is offering £38,000-42,000 plus healthcare bonus, pension, death benefit and 25 days holiday on a 37.5-hour week.
